About
About Wine
The name of this wine derives from the hill, owned by the Spagnol family and known as “Col del Sas” in the town of Valdobbiadene, where it is produced. Col del Sas spumante is produced to express the best qualities of the grapes from the various company vineyards spread throughout the territory of the Conegliano Valdobbiadene DOCG. This extraordinarily fine and harmonic Brut is the ultimate exaltation of the character of the Glera grapes.
Hillside vineyards owned by the Spagnol Family in the DOCG area between Valdobbiadene and Conegliano.
A bouquet of floral notes with pleasant hints of bread crust. Pleasant and elegant to the palate, but decisive thanks to a bold sapidity.
Perfect as an aperitif but also as a table wine, especially with fish and Japanese cuisine.
