Ever thought about pairing Japanese food with wines? We thoroughly thought and researched about it and with the help of Italian sommelier Chiara Bassi, some Japanese chefs and the Italian wine makers we have been working with for a long time,we tried pairing some of our wines with common Japanese food.
These suggestions are just a little help for someone who want to eat Japanese food and enjoy a nice bottle of Italian wine and hopefully give some idea to explore and experiment even more pairings.

The subtle complexity of sushi flavor can naturally pair with sparkling wine or a still white wine. Wine can be a delicious alternative to sake or beer.
